Knowing What to Build
Through close collaboration with your business, we gather your requirements and analyse your business processes to produce a complete specification and design of your new software. This specification and design details exactly how the new system will work including all business rules, requirements, business logic, screen designs and reports. Close collaboration between Zero41 and your business ensures the design is exactly what is needed. |
Constructing the Right System
During the construction phase, Zero41 provides you with demonstrations and releases of your new business software at regular intervals of no more than one month. These demonstrations and releases allow you to see and use your new software, with which you can make adjustments to and capture the unforseen early. Through an open architecture and regular releases, Zero41 provides you with software which can be quickly and easily adjusted to changes in your business even during the initial construction phase. This allows your business to grow and evolve and your software to move with you. Even during the initial construction phase your business can change and we will make sure that your new business software is a perfect fit for your business and not a fit for your business as it was 3, 6 or even 12 months ago. |
